Where we deliver

We deliver across all seven emirates of the UAE — UAE delivery only.

Delivery times

Orders are delivered within 1–2 days across all seven emirates of the UAE.

Orders are dispatched in discreet, insulated packaging. We will contact you to confirm before dispatch.

Shipping cost

Free shipping on all orders over 1,500 AED across the UAE. Orders under 1,500 AED have a flat 50 AED delivery fee.

Delivery is available within the UAE only.

Payment options

Bank transfer or secure online card payment.

Returns & damaged items

All sales are final. Because our products are research compounds, we do not accept returns and we do not issue refunds, whether the item is opened or unopened. We contact every customer to confirm the order before dispatch — that is your opportunity to change or cancel it.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a broken seal, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will review it and, at our discretion, send a replacement.
